RETURNS POLICY
Please note - Items purchased are not available for refund unless the below applies:
Incorrect sizes cannot be returned or exchanged.
All Items that are printed, engraved or embroidered are not available for return unless faulty.
If a replacement is agreed by the Seller (Taylor Made Designs UK Ltd), the replacement will be a like for like item.
Replacement items sent in the UK will be sent postage free (a charge will be made for overseas items).
If a refund is required, please allow up to 7 working days (from the date you return the item) for the refund to clear through to your credit card account. Refunds will be made using the same method used for the original purchase. Please note for security purposes, we can only refund the same credit/debit card which was used for the original transaction.
Postage charges are not refundable.
In the unfortunate case of an item which has developed a fault which has not been caused by misuse, within 3 months of purchase, please return it to us for inspection.
Upon identification of a fault, we will refund any postage charge incurred by the customer, & send a replacement or issue a full refund.
